Auto-setup mods & shaders

Pick your Minecraft version, point it at your .minecraft folder, and it installs the required Fabric mods and the Kappa shaderpack with our tuned settings — in one click.

No mods or shaders are hosted on this site. Every mod and shaderpack is downloaded directly from its author's official Modrinth page — we never store, mirror, or redistribute anyone's work. The only thing this tool adds is our own tuned shader settings file.

Using Fabulously Optimized instead? Remove the Better Block Entities mod — it overrides the pack’s custom chest, sign, and bell models.

You need the Fabric mod loader. On the official Minecraft Launcher, leave “Create a Fabric profile automatically” ticked below and this tool sets it up for you. On other launchers (Prism, MultiMC) install Fabric yourself from the official Fabric installer. Either way, close Minecraft before running this tool.

Don’t know where it is? Press Win + R, paste %appdata%\.minecraft, and hit Enter. (On macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft.)

How the Optimum Realism mods + shaders setup works

This tool sets up Minecraft Java (Fabric) for the Optimum Realism texture pack in one click — it installs the required mods, the Kappa shaderpack with tuned settings, the free 64x pack, and a matching Fabric profile, all version-matched to your Minecraft version.

What does the setup tool install?

The required Fabric mods — Iris, Sodium, Continuity, Entity Model Features (EMF), Entity Texture Features (ETF) and Polytone — plus the Kappa shaderpack, the free 64x Optimum Realism resource pack, and a matching Fabric launcher profile.

Which Minecraft versions are supported?

Minecraft Java with Fabric on 1.20.1, 1.21.1, 1.21.4, 26.1.2 and 26.2. Every mod is version-matched to the version you pick.

Is the one-click setup safe?

Yes — it runs entirely in your browser, downloads mods directly from Modrinth, and only writes to the .minecraft folder you choose. No mods or shaders are hosted on this site, and nothing installs without your selection.

Which browsers support one-click setup?

Chromium browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera) support direct install. On Firefox or Safari the tool builds a downloadable zip you extract into .minecraft instead.
