Yes — the full 64x pack is free forever, on both Java and Bedrock RTX. No demo, no locked content.

Higher resolutions (128x, 256x, 512x for Java; 128x, 256x for Bedrock) are available through Patreon for sharper textures, but the 64x has the same coverage — every block, biome, and entity that's in the paid versions is in the free version too.
