I bought Bedrock but I'm on Java (or the other way round) — what do I do

Your Patreon membership covers both editions — it's one subscription, not two purchases. Nothing to re-buy: just download the other edition from your account.

Optimum Realism comes in two editions for two different games:

  • Java Edition — the PC version (launcher says "Minecraft: Java Edition"). The pack is a .zip you place in resourcepacks.
  • Bedrock Edition — Windows 10/11, mobile, console, MCPE. The pack is a .mcpack you double-click to import, and it uses the RTX ray-tracing path.

The good news: a single Patreon membership unlocks both editions at your tier. If you grabbed the wrong one, you don't pay again — open your account, switch the edition tab, and download the right file.

Not sure which game you have? If you launch from the "Minecraft Launcher" on PC and choose "Java Edition", you're on Java. If you open "Minecraft" from the Microsoft Store, a console, or your phone, you're on Bedrock.
