Bedrock: my world or realm is overriding Optimum Realism — how do I fix it
On Bedrock, a resource pack applied to a world or realm takes priority over your global pack. Put Optimum Realism at the top of that world's resource-pack list, or remove the conflicting world pack.
Bedrock applies packs per-world
Unlike Java's single global list, Bedrock lets each world and realm carry its own resource packs. A pack attached to the world sits above your global selection, so its textures override Optimum Realism.
Open the world's resource-pack list
From the main menu: Play → tap the pencil / Edit on the world (or realm) → Resource Packs → Active.
Put Optimum Realism on top
On Bedrock the TOP pack in the Active list wins. Drag Optimum Realism above any other pack, and remove any other realistic/HD pack so it can't override blocks.
For realms, the owner sets it
A realm's packs are controlled by the owner and pushed to everyone. If you're not the owner, ask them to add Optimum Realism to the realm or remove the conflicting one.
Confirm ray tracing is on
Optimum Realism Bedrock is an RTX pack. In the world's settings make sure Ray Tracing is enabled (and your device supports it), or the PBR materials won't show.
